YapSnap app will simplify the process by eliminating the need to capture images with a DSLR, copy those images, and manually send emails, resulting in instant sharing of the images to the Attendees as soon as they are clicked!
Before you start:-
- YapSnap App is only available for iOS devices.
- You could deliver the images by selecting from the Gallery or clicking through the camera.
- Scanning tickets will automatically display the Purchaser details, eliminating the need to manually add them.
- No additional settings are required for the event.
- You could also add a Watermark (at the top left corner) and include event details along with your brand banner (at the bottom) on the images generated by you. To learn how to set up, please click here.
i) Log in to the downloaded YapSnap app using the same credentials that you are using to access your Yapsody account.
ii) On the following screen, you'll be shown the list of events. Tap on the event for which you need to deliver the snaps.
iii) Next, tap "Scan Tickets" to scan tickets. You could also skip scanning tickets by tapping "Skip" at the bottom of the screen.
Please Note:-
- Scanned tickets would display ticket buyer information and also auto-populate the Attendee Email address at the time of sharing.
- For Unscanned Attendees, we would need to add those details manually.
iii) Next, select how you would like to process the image. Live image can be clicked by tapping the camera shutter icon, whereas clicking the "Gallery" option allows you to choose the file from the phone storage.
iv) Now, the captured/imported image will be displayed, along with an option of "Approve" and "Cancel" icons. If the tickets were scanned, tapping the approve icon will auto-populate the email address of the Attendee, and tapping "Continue" will deliver the snap.
Note:- If you are sending pics manually (without scanning tickets), after entering the email address, click the plus sign to add an email address, followed by "Send Email."
How would these images be sent to your ticket buyers?
i) Ticket buyers will receive an email, which will consist of a clickable link; clicking on it will display the image sent.
ii) The displayed image will offer an option to "Download" and also share on social media platforms such as "Facebook" and "Pinterest."
