How to add Watermark and include Event Details to the images of YapSnap App?

Most photos are owned by the person/brand who took the shot. However, without a watermark, it can be harder to identify the owner. A watermark can put anyone interested in using the image in your direction if it contains your name or your brand. 

Additionally, the inclusion of event details, along with your brand banner, would help ticket buyers identify quickly which event those memories were captured at. 

Before you start:- 

• YapSnap App is only available for iOS devices. 
• You could include both the Watermark as well as event details on the Snaps, or either of them.
• Watermark is account-specific, whereas the addition of event details is event-specific. 
• This article is divided into 02 parts, the first instructs on how to add "Watermark", whereas the other part is about adding event details along with your brand banner. 

a) How to add a Watermark? 

i) From the Box Office Calendar, hover the mouse cursor on the Organization Name at the top left and select "Settings" from the drop-down list. 

ii) Next, click "YapSnap," i.e. the second Last option in the list to the left of your screen. 

iii) Begin with uploading the Watermark, which would be added to all of your pictures clicked/shared from the YapSnap app. 

iii) After uploading the Watermark, slide the bar to adjust the transparency of the watermark, the higher the bar towards the right, the more visible the Watermark will be on the images. 

You can see how the Watermark and images would appear in the Landscape / Horizontal view by selecting the appropriate option; however, the current version only supports Horizontal View. 

Note:- Please ensure you are clicking "Save" after updating the details to record the setup. 

B) How to add event details along with your brand banner on the images? 

i) Select the event from the box office calender and click "Edit" at the top right. 

ii) Next, click on "Customize" followed by "YapSnap."

iii) Populate the fields with the requested details, as per your preference and upload the logo. 

Note:- The image size should be Minimum 54x54 pixels and Maximum size 500kb. 

C) How will the Watermark and Event details, along withthe  banner will be displayed on the images?

Watermark will be displayed at the top left and Banner containing event details will be displayed at the bottom.
