In case of emergency, wherein you are unable to scan tickets using an external device or your device is not working you can still manually scan your customer's tickets.
Note: You can start scanning the tickets depending on the time you have set in "Scanner start time" for your performance tab.
- Once you are logged in to your Yapsody account, select today's event for which you want to scan the tickets.
- You will be displayed the event details on the right-hand side. Click on the button 'Scan tickets'.
- Set the Scan mode option as "Manual".
- You'll be displayed the Ticket buyer's details such as Names, Email Addresses, etc.
- Clicking "Scan" would scan the ticket, to undo click "Unscan."
- Additionally, you can also choose to scan/unscan multiple tickets in a single attempt, by checking the box before the ticket number and clicking on the option "Scan (number) Selected Tickets" after the end of each transaction.
- Furthermore, you would be displayed the real-time tickets scanned along with event capacity, along with and number of tickets issued.
- Clicking "Fetch Latest Data" will update any change in ticket sales and scanning after you have begun scanning tickets.
- The search field allows to search attendee's ticket details, using Name, Ticket Number, or Email.
