How to change the Scan start time?

Yapsody provides its Presenters to set up scan start time for an Event as per their preference. 

For Example: If you have many customers coming for the event and want to start the scanning 4 hours prior to the event. You can change the settings for the scan start time. You need to set up the start scan time correctly for the tickets to get scanned or the tickets when scanned will give an error at the venue. 

Kindly follow the below-mentioned steps to change the scan start time :

• You will need to edit the event you wish to change the scan start time (How do I do this?). Click on the Event you want to change the scan start time. The Event details will be displayed on the right-hand side. Click on 'Edit' at the top right-hand corner. 

• Event summary will be displayed to you with different tabs like Event Info, Pricing, Customize etc. Select 'Performance' from Event Info tab.

• You will be displayed all the performances scheduled for the event. Select the performance for which you wish to change the Scan start time. You will get a pop-up window with options to edit performance settings. You will be able to change the scan start time under 'Scan Settings'. You can enter the number of hours before the event you wish to start the scanning of tickets at the venue. Click on 'Save' to apply the settings.

Note: You can set the maximum start scan time to 99 hours and 59 minutes before the event start time.
