How to view Event Preview?

Yapsody allows you to preview your event and share a preview link with others before the event is published. This helps you review the design and layout of your online store before it goes live for ticket buyers.

Steps to View Your Event Preview

1. Select Your Event Log in to your Yapsody account. Select an existing event from your calendar or create a new one.

2. Enter the Event Setup Wizard If you are using an existing event, click the Edit button in the top-right corner to open the setup wizard.

• Launch the Preview Once you have configured your event or saved your changes, click the Event Preview button located at the top right of the screen.

3. Sharing the Preview: To share the preview with others, click the URL icon next to the "Event Preview" button to copy the link to your clipboard.

Preview Features and Limitations

• Device Toggle: Use the options at the top of the preview screen to switch between Desktop and Mobile views. This ensures your event looks great on all devices.

• Booking Limitations: In preview mode, you cannot complete a ticket purchase. If you click the Get Tickets button for an unpublished event, a pop-up will appear stating: "Tickets cannot be booked in Preview mode."
