What is the difference between Online ticket Store and Box office store?

Online Ticket Store: This is your online ticketing store, where customers can browse events hosted at your venue and purchase tickets. The URL for your online ticket store is available in your Account Settings as your sub-domain name. To sell tickets online, the presenter must set up a payment gateway (Credit Card or PayPal); without this, online ticket sales cannot be processed. 

Box-Office Store: Here, the presenter can sell tickets directly from the Box Office (venue) by setting up a Box Office payment method such as Cash, Card, Complimentary, Combined Payment Method, etc.

For example, customers can walk up to the venue and request tickets at the Box Office. The staff member handling the Box Office can then issue tickets through the Box Office page.
