Steps to Set up Miscellaneous Discount

1) Select the event from the Box Office Calendar and click on "Edit" at the top right (How do I do this?). 

2) Now, Click "Pricing." 

3) Click on "Discounts" followed by "Add Discount." If your event already has a discount set up, click "New Discount" displayed to the left. 

4) Select "Miscellaneous Discount" from the Discount Type dropdown. Fill in required fields like Discount Name (e.g., Early Bird Discount), Amount, etc.

To limit redemptions, choose "Yes" and enter the number of tickets. Once the limit is reached, the discount will deactivate automatically.

Set Start and End Date & Time to define the discount period.

Note: If the ticket limit is reached before the end date, the discount will no longer apply.

You can apply the discount to the Box Office, Online Store, both, or specific performances using the toggle switches next to each performance. Just turn them on/off as needed, and don’t forget to click "Save".

To apply the discount to specific ticket types, go to "Ticket Type" under General Settings and enable the switch for the desired types. Example: If you have Adult, Children, and Family tickets but want the discount only on Adult and Children, just enable those.

Note: Miscellaneous Discount is auto-applied at checkout and will be visible once a ticket is selected. You can also mention this in the event description to avoid confusion.
