If you are redirected to the home page during checkout, it usually means your transaction session expired before the purchase was completed. When this happens, the system automatically clears your cart and sends you back to the first page so you can start a new transaction.
Why This Happens
For security and performance, each checkout session has a time limit.
If you take too long to complete payment (for example, staying idle on the billing page), the session expires. When this occurs:
Your cart is automatically cleared
The transaction is canceled
You are redirected to the home page to begin again
How to Avoid This
During checkout, you will see a transaction timeout clock in the top-right corner of the screen.
To avoid being redirected:
Complete your purchase before the timer expires
Avoid leaving the checkout page idle
Do not switch tabs or apps for long periods
Make sure your internet connection is stable
Common Situations That Can Cause a Timeout
Leaving the checkout page open without completing payment
Slow internet connection during checkout
Switching between tabs or apps during payment
Browser session timing out
What You Should Do If This Happens
If your session expires:
Return to the event page.
Select your tickets again.
Complete checkout promptly.
Important Notes
If the session times out, no payment is processed.
Your tickets are not reserved once the cart is cleared.
You must restart the booking process to complete your purchase.
