Once you have the email address, follow the steps below:

1. Access the Customer Login Page

i) Visit the Yapsody Page (click on “Find My Tickets” from Yapsody.com).

ii) Enter Your Email
Enter the email address you used to purchase your tickets and click on Continue.

iii) Verify Your Account
Check your email for a message with the subject line "One-Click Sign-In."
Open the email and click the link provided to access your account.

Please Note:
a) The sign-in link is valid for two hours.
b) If you don't see the email, check your Spam or Junk folders.
You can request the verification email to be resent once. If the option disappears, restart the process by visiting the Customer Login page again.

2. View Your Booking History

Click on Booking History to view a complete list of your transactions. This includes:

• Successful Purchases: All completed ticket orders
• Refunded Transactions: Tickets or orders that have been reversed
• Payment Due: Bookings made using the “Pay Later” option that are still pending

3. How to Print Tickets and Receipts

To view details for a specific order, click on the transaction number (starting with FT...).
On the next page, click the transaction number again to access full details.

From here, you can:

• Print Receipts: Available for all successful transactions
• Print Tickets: Print your digital tickets

Note:
Tickets will not be available for printing if you selected Will Call / Pickup or Check-in at the Door as your delivery method.
In such cases, simply provide your ID or order details at the venue.
