This article explains how to clear your cart in the Yapsody ticket store so you can start your ticket selection again.
When You Might Need This
Use this option if:
You selected the wrong tickets
You want to start the booking process again
Your cart contains unwanted items
You want to reset your selection before checkout
How to Empty Your Cart (Web and Mobile)
The process is the same on both desktop browsers and mobile devices.
Click or tap the Cart icon.
Select Empty Cart.
After you empty the cart:
All selected tickets are removed.
You are returned to the first event page.
You can begin the ticket selection process again.
Important Notes
Emptying the cart only clears unpaid selections.
This does not affect tickets you have already purchased.
No payment is processed unless checkout is completed successfully.
If the Cart Does Not Clear
If the cart does not update after selecting Empty Cart:
Refresh the page and try again
Clear your browser cache
Try a different browser or device
If the issue continues, contact Yapsody Support and include:
Event name
