Tickets are sent by email only if the Ticket Delivery Method is set to “Email” during checkout. If you selected any other delivery option, the tickets will not be emailed to you.

Print
Will Call
Check in at the Door
SMS
Yaptickets
How email delivery works
If the event organizer has enabled Email as a delivery method for the online store, you must select Email during checkout.
When you choose Email, you’ll be prompted to enter an email address.
Make sure the email address is entered correctly. Your e-tickets are sent as soon as the payment is successfully completed.
