If the wrong name is appearing on your event tickets, you can easily update the name associated with your email address. Follow these steps to update your account in just a few clicks.
Step 1: Access the Customer Login Page
i) Visit the Yapsody Login Page.
ii) Enter Your Email Enter the email address you used to purchase your tickets and click on Continue.
Step 2: Verify Your Account
Check your inbox for an email with the subject line "One-Click Sign-In." Open the email and click the provided link to access your account.
Important Notes:
The sign-in link is valid for two hours.
If you do not see the email, check your Spam or Junk folders.
You can request the verification email be resent once. If the resend button disappears, you must restart the process from the login link. Yapsody Login Page.
Step 3: Locate Account and Change option
Once logged in, click the Account option. You will see your current Account Name and Email Address.
Click Change next to the Account Name field.
Step 4: Update Your Account Name
Enter the new name exactly as you want it to appear on your tickets.
Click Update to save your changes.
Important Information
Applied Changes: The updated name will automatically appear on all previous tickets as well as any future tickets you purchase.
