Finding ways on how you can have each and every Attendee Name printed on the E-Ticket instead of the common ticket purchaser?
Well, your search is over. Simply follow the instructions below and set it up in no time! For a quick overview:-
- Begin by selecting the E-ticket Template 7, created especially for this feature.
- Next, create a Yappsurvey, select the default question "Full Name" from the question bank and make it mandatory; this will help to get the details from the ticket purchasers and print them on the E-tickets.
- Lastly, link the Yappsurvey to the event.

a) Edit the event for which you need to do the changes (How do I edit the event?)
Note:- The changes apply on an event level basis, meaning it would apply to all the performances of the same event; however, not the account. If you have 20 different events, you have to follow the same changes on all of them.
b) Click on Customize, which is the 4th option on the list just below the event name.
3) Now, click on the E-Ticket and choose Ticket Template 7 from the Template selection drop-down and click "Save & Proceed" to record the changes.
Please Note:- E-Ticket Template 7 is specifically designed to display attendee names on the E-tickets instead of the purchaser's name. Selecting a different E-ticket template will not display Attendee Names.
Setting up YappSurvey and linking it to the event.
- Remember, you can add as many custom questions as you want to your survey (How to create Yappsurvey?) and can also design a logic-based Yappsurvey (How do I create Logic Based Yappsurvey?) however to print Attendee Name on E-Tickets, it's crucial to select the Default question i.e "Full Name" from the question bank.
- By doing this, the ticket purchaser will be prompted to enter Attendee names, which will display on the E-tickets.
Important:- By any chance, the "Full Name" question is optional and the customer skips answering the questionnaire while booking tickets, the attendee's name on E-tickets will display blank.
a) Click on the Yappsurvey option.
b) By default Questionnaire tab will be selected, which will display the list of all the Yapsurveys created. Simply select the radio button next to the survey you want to link to the event, then click "Save & Proceed" to confirm your selection.
Note:- To unlink the existing survey from your event, click "Unlink Ticket Store / Unlink Box Office."
Note:- Yappsurvey is by default mandatory for online stores, and you can make it mandatory for your Virtual Box Office too by checking the BOX available right next to "Make Yappsurvey Mandatory."
