The All-Time Sales Dashboard provides a comprehensive view of your sales data from the moment ticket sales begin until the event concludes. Unlike the standard Account Level Sales Dashboard which is limited to the last 30 days this report gives you the complete sales history for a specific performance.
Key Differences
Performance-Specific: This report focuses on individual performances rather than your entire account. For account-level data covering the last 30 days, click here.
No Time-Period Filters: Because this dashboard shows "all-time" data, the standard filters for the last 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days are not displayed.
Steps to Access the Dashboard
i) Select Your Event From your Yapsody Box Office, select the event you wish to view and click the Reports button.
ii) Open the Sales Dashboard Click on Sales Dashboard located at the top of the reports menu.
iii) Select the Performance Choose the specific performance date and time from the dropdown menu and click Generate Report.
iv) View Your Data The following page will present your ticket sales data in both graphical and numerical formats, capturing every sale since the event was launched.
To view a different performance, simply use the dropdown menu at the top of the page and click Generate Report again.
Important Information About Data Calculations
When reviewing your Ticket Count and Total Revenue, please keep the following inclusions and exclusions in mind:
The dashboard DOES NOT include:
"Pay Later" tickets with pending payments
Transaction-level taxes
Refunded tickets
The dashboard DOES include:
Yapsody Fees passed on to customers
Surcharges (per ticket or per transaction)
Complimentary ticket counts and values
Tickets booked in Test Mode
