You apply the promo code on the checkout page when you are reviewing your order before payment.
If you have a discount code, you don’t need to apply it earlier in the booking process—simply enter it at checkout and the total will update automatically once the code is applied.
Where to enter the promo code
- On desktop: You will see an “Enter Promo Code” field at the top-right of the checkout page with an Apply button.
- On mobile: You will see a link that says “Have a promo code? Click here to enter promo code.” Tapping it opens the field where you can enter the code and tap Apply.
What to do
- Proceed to the Checkout page after selecting your tickets.
- Enter your promo code in the field provided.
- Click Apply.
- Confirm the discount is reflected in the total before completing payment.
Important Notes About Promo Codes
- Promo codes are usually:
- Case-sensitive
- Event-specific
- Sometimes ticket-type specific
- Promo codes must be entered before completing payment.
- If a promo code does not apply, it may be:
- Expired
- Restricted to certain ticket types
- Limited to a number of uses
Troubleshooting
If the promo code does not work, check the following:
- Ensure the code is typed exactly as provided (no extra spaces).
- Confirm the code is valid for:
- The correct event
- The selected ticket type
- Try refreshing the page and re-entering the code.

Note: Promo codes are created and managed by the event presenter. Yapsody Support can validate the configuration and assist with technical issues.
