This article explains how to select and book specific seats for a Reserved Seating event.
Reserved seating lets you choose your exact seats using an interactive seating chart.

The booking experience is slightly different on desktop and mobile. Follow the section that matches your device.

Section 1: Desktop Booking Steps

1. Select Your Event

Visit the ticket store and click More Info on the event you want to attend.

2. Get Tickets

Review the event details and click Get Tickets.

3. Choose Seats or Use “Best Available”

Best Available: If the presenter has enabled this option, simply select your ticket type and the number of tickets. The system will automatically select the best seats for you. Click "Save to Cart" to proceed, or click "Choose Your Seats" to pick manually.

Manual Selection: If 'Best Available' is not enabled, or if you prefer to choose your own seats by clicking 'Choose Your Seat,' simply click a section of the interactive seating chart to zoom in and select individual seats, and you will see their pricing in the right-hand panel.

Once your seats are selected, click Save to Cart in the right-hand panel.

Note:- If the presenter hasn't enabled the auto best seat selection feature, you'll be displayed the seating chart, choose your preferred section followed by seats in which you would like to book.  

4. Checkout

On the checkout page:

• Review your cart

• Enter your email address and full name

• Answer any custom questions (if required by the presenter)

• Choose a delivery method

• Select a payment option

• Click Pay with Credit Card, Pay with PayPal, or your selected method to complete the payment.

5. Finalize Purchase

Click Pay.
You will be redirected to the secure payment page to complete your transaction.
Your tickets are confirmed once payment is successful.

Section 2: Mobile Booking Steps

1. Access the Event

Open the event link in your mobile browser and tap More Info.

2. Enter Ticket Selection

Tap Get Tickets next to your preferred performance.

3. Choose Seat Selection Method

• Automatic: If the "Best Seats" option appears, select your quantity and tap "Review Tickets." To see the map instead, tap "Choose Your Seats."

• Manual: Use your fingers to pinch-to-zoom or swipe across the seating chart. You can also use the Section Dropdown at the top to jump to a specific area.

4. Tap to Select Seats & Review Your Selection

• Select available seats on the chart.
• Then tap Review Tickets to see your selection.

5. Proceed to Checkout

Tap Save to Cart to continue.
You can tap the X icon next to a seat to remove it.

6. Enter Details and Pay

• Enter your email address

• Complete any required questionnaire

• Delivery method is usually set to Email by default on mobile

• Choose your payment method

• Click Pay with Credit Card, Pay with PayPal, or your selected method to complete the payment.

You will receive a confirmation email once the booking is successful.
