If you are having trouble finishing your ticket purchase — for example, the page is stuck, buttons don’t work, forms reject your information, or the payment page never appears — this guide will help you troubleshoot common issues and complete your booking.
Common signs you’re stuck
You might see issues such as:
The page keeps loading or spinning
The seat map loads but you can’t proceed
“Save to Cart” doesn’t work
The payment page doesn’t open
The form rejects your name or email
The system says “invalid” without clear reason
Clicking Pay does nothing
These are usually related to browser, device, or connection behavior.
What to try first
1. Refresh and retry
Close the tab and reopen the event link, or reload the page.
2. Use a different device or browser
Try Chrome, Safari, or Edge. If you’re on mobile, try desktop (or vice versa).
3. Clear cache or use incognito
Open an incognito/private browser window before starting your booking.
4. Check required fields
Avoid special characters
Ensure email format is correct (example@domain.com)
Enter name exactly as shown
5. Try a different network
Switch from mobile data to Wi-Fi, or try another network.
6. Try another device
If possible, try:
Switching from phone → laptop
Switching from laptop → phone
Trying another tablet or computer
This often resolves device-specific issues.
Frequently observed issues
Form won’t accept my name or email
If your name or email is marked “invalid,” try typing it manually (do not use autofill).
Page spins or freezes
This often means browser data is interfering — try incognito or clearing cache.
Payment page never appears
