An event / performance can ONLY be deleted when no transaction is been attempted, however if there is an attempt you could consider 'Unpublishing the performances' of the event, once all the performances in an event are unpublished, the event automatically becomes inactive and they no longer will be visible at your online ticket booking store.
Once you are sure there is no attempt made on the event / performance you are looking to delete, continue reading the article.
1) Select the event from the box office and click on "Edit" displayed at the top right.
2) Next, click 'Event Info' followed by "Performance," check the box before the performance you wish to Delete and the "Delete" button displayed at the top.
