How to setup multiple performances for a particular event?

Our 'Copy Performances' feature makes event scheduling pretty easy. Using this feature, create multiple showtimes on the same day, add performances across a selected date range, or set recurring events weekly or monthly with just a few clicks.

Keep reading to learn how to copy and create multiple performances of the same event in no time!

Before we start:- 

• Copying the performances copies the entire existing performance setups, including ticket prices, discounts, etc
• Copying the performance creates copies under the same event; if you need to create a new event instead, you should copy the event. 

Let's begin to copy the performance:- 

• Edit the event (How do I do it?) for which you need to copy the performance. From the event wizard page, Click "Event Info" followed by 'Performance.'

• If you haven't added a performance yet, you should do so by clicking here, it will act as a source for the rest of the performances. Upon adding the first performance, check the box before the date and time and click on 'Copy' at the top. 

• You will get a pop-up window with options such as Daily, Specific Days, and Monthly, along with the option to choose a date interval, choose:-  

A) Daily: When events repeat every day, every other day, or at custom intervals (e.g., every 3 days).
Note:- For performances on every alternate day, exclude the days when performances aren't scheduled by selecting the dates from the drop-down.  

2) Specific Days: Repeat performances on chosen days of the week (e.g., every Friday or Mon–Wed) within a date range.
Example: To schedule the event for every Friday from June 1 to August 31, select 'Specific Days,' set the date range, choose Friday, enter the start and end times, and click 'Add.
 

Performances would be copied for all the "Fridays" within the Selected Date Range. 

3) Monthly: Copies performance to the same date of each month within a selected range.

Example: To schedule shows on the 21st of each month, set the start date to the 21st and choose your preferred end date, then enter the performance start and end times, followed by clicking "Add" to complete the setup. 

Note:- Click on the (+) sign to add multiple performances with different time slots for the same day. Click on 'Add' to save the details.
