Box Office Payment Options.

Yapsody provides several flexible payment methods to process transactions through your Box Office. You can enable or customize these options to fit your organization's specific needs.

Available Payment Methods.

• Credit Card: Process payments directly using your integrated payment gateway.

• Cash: Record on-site cash transactions for accurate bookkeeping and reporting.

• PayPal: Accept payments through the customer's PayPal account.

• Checks: Log payments made by personal or business checks.

• Complimentary: Issue free tickets. You can create different complimentary categories to track why these tickets were issued (e.g., VIP, Press, or Staff).

• Custom Payment Method: Create your own unique payment labels if you need an option not listed above.

• Combined Payment Method: Allow customers to split a single transaction across two different payment methods (e.g., paying a portion in cash and the remainder by credit card).

Note: A maximum of two payment methods can be combined for any single transaction.
