The Combined Payment Method feature allows Box Office staff to accept two different forms of payment for a single transaction. This is particularly useful if a customer wishes to split their total, such as paying a portion in cash and the remainder with a credit card.
Please note: this feature is available exclusively for Box Office transactions and is enabled by default.
How to Configure Combined Payments
If you need to verify your settings or re-enable this feature, follow these steps:
1) Access Settings: Log in to your Yapsody account. Hover your cursor over the Organization Name in the top-left corner and select Settings from the dropdown menu.
2) Navigate to Transactions: In the Settings menu, click on the Transactions tab.
3) Update Preferences: Locate the option labeled Combine Payment Methods in Box Office.
To enable the feature, ensure the checkbox is checked.
To disable the feature, uncheck the box.
4) Save Changes: Click Save at the bottom of the page to apply your changes.
