Customer list report captures customer information during the ticket purchase process. However, the report captures the customers’ data only if the customer enters the email address while purchasing the tickets.
i) THE CUSTOMERS INFORMATION WILL ‘NOT’ BE INCLUDED IN THE ‘CUSTOMER LIST REPORT’ If a customer purchases a ticket from Box Office and does not enter the email address (since it is optional/not selected in the “Transaction Settings”) then that customers information will not be included in the ‘Customer List Report’
ii) THE CUSTOMERS INFORMATION WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE ‘CUSTOMER LIST REPORT’ If the customer already has a Yapsody account OR If the customer enters their email address while purchasing tickets.
Please Note, the customers' data is captured in the report even for failed transactions. This is because the 'Customer List' report is a global report we show the details of all customers, even the ones who had failed transactions so you can access their information should they require any assistance.
