Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Select Your Event
From the Box Office Calendar, click on the event you want to review.
2. Open the Report
Click on Attendee List located on the right side of the event dashboard.
3. Filter by Date
The report defaults to showing all transactions. You can customize the date range by selecting:
- Today
- Yesterday
- Last Month
- Custom range
4. Generate the Report
Click Generate Report to view your attendee data.
Advanced Options
Customize Questionnaire Data
To include specific information (such as Custom Questionnaire responses), click Filter Options.
Select the required fields and click Generate Report again to update the results.
Email the Report
Click Email to send a copy of the full report to your registered email address.
Schedule Automated Reports
Use the Schedule option to automatically receive reports at selected intervals, such as:
- Daily
- Monthly
- Weekdays
- Custom date range
Export Data
You can download the report by clicking:
- Print PDF
- Print CSV
⚠️ Important Note
- The Print CSV and Print PDF options download only the current page of the report.
- If your report has multiple pages, you must download each page separately and merge them manually.
- To receive the complete report, use the Email or Schedule option.
