Monitoring add-on sales is possible at any time by accessing the dedicated Add-on Section in Quickstat Reports and the Consolidated Inventory Sales Report (for account-level transactions). For event-specific sales, you can refer to the "Add-on Purchaser Report" and "Event Sales Summary Report."
Let's start by accessing the event-specific reports.
1) Add-on Purchaser Report
i) Select the event from the box office and you'll be displayed the list of options to the right, mouse hover on "Add on Action" and click "Add on Purchaser report."
ii) The report would present complete information about the attendee such as Name, email, payment options, Add-ons purchased, Scan Date and time, etc
Note: The report can be downloaded in CSV or can be sent to your email by clicking on "Print CSV" and "Email Report."
2) Event Sales Summary Report:-

ii) Upon accessing the report, please scroll the page down until you see the "Add-ons" section, get a quick and detailed overview of how many add-ons is been sold as per their variations.
B) Consolidated Account Level Add-ons report, refer:-
1) Quickstat Report
A dedicated field of Add-On is been added to the QuickStat Report to ensure you get the Sales Number on a fingertip without the need to go through Each event report.

2) Consolidated Inventory Sales Report
This report would help to get account-level inventory activity such as add-on purchases, refunded, Ticket buyer Name, Email, Add-ons Purchased, quantity, etc.

Note:- To filter the report as per the Add-ons, please click on the "Add-on List" option, select the Add-on from the drop-down list and click "Generate report."
