Follow the steps below to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.
1. Check Your Internet Connection
Ensure you have a stable and reliable internet connection.
Slow or unstable connections can delay communication with the payment gateway and cause the process to time out.
2. Clear Your Browser Cache
Clear your browser’s cache and cookies before attempting the purchase again. Stored data can sometimes interfere with online payment processes.
3. Try a Different Browser
Some browsers may interact differently with the ticket store or payment gateway. Try completing your purchase in a different supported browser such as:
Google Chrome
Mozilla Firefox
Safari
Microsoft Edge
4. Avoid Built-In App Browsers
If you clicked an event link in a social media app (for example, Facebook), that can open the ticket store in a built-in browser that may not work well with payment flows.
To avoid this:
Copy the link
Open it in a standalone browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge)
5. Use Private/Incognito Mode
Try reloading the event store in a private or incognito browser window.
This mode does not use stored cache or cookies and can prevent interference during checkout.
6. Make Sure Your Browser Is Updated
An outdated browser can cause compatibility issues with the checkout process.
Update to the latest version of your browser before retrying the purchase.
7. Try a Different Network
Network restrictions or firewalls (for example, at public Wi-Fi locations) can block parts of the payment process.
If possible, try completing the purchase on a different network (home, mobile data, etc.).
8. Try a Different Device
