Overview
After purchasing tickets, your tickets are usually sent to your email address and are also accessible online.
If you’re saying things like:
“I didn’t get my tickets”
“My ticket email is missing”
“No PDF attached”
“I paid but didn’t receive tickets”
“I can’t find my tickets”
This guide will help you find them quickly.
Step 1: Check your email inbox carefully
After a successful purchase, you should receive a confirmation email from the event within a few minutes.
Please check:
Your inbox
Spam / Junk folder
Promotions / Updates tabs (Gmail users)
Search your mailbox for the event name or “Yapsody”
Sometimes emails are filtered automatically by your email provider.
Step 2: Make sure the purchase was completed
Before looking for tickets, confirm that the purchase actually went through.
A successful purchase usually means:
You saw a confirmation screen after checkout
You received a confirmation email
Your card shows a completed charge (not just pending)
If you are unsure whether the payment was completed, check with your bank or card provider first.
Step 3: How to Find Your Tickets in Your Yapsody Account
When your purchase completes:
Yapsody automatically creates an account using the email you entered during checkout.
You can sign in using that email to view your ticket history.

Step 4: Why Tickets Might Not Appear
You might not see your tickets yet for one of these reasons:
Email typo: You may have entered an incorrect email address at checkout.
Wrong inbox: You may be checking a different email account than the one used to purchase.
Delivery method: If you selected Will Call Pickup, Check-In at the Door, SMS or Yaptickets tickets may not be emailed as a PDF. In such cases, your order will still appear in your account, but no PDF is sent.
Step 5: Still can’t find your tickets?
If you have checked email and login but still can’t find your tickets, please contact Yapsody Support and include:
The event name
The email address used for booking
The approximate date of purchase
Your payment reference (if available)
This helps us locate your order faster.
