When you book tickets and select "Email" as your delivery method, your tickets are sent directly to your email address as a PDF attachment. You can find these at the bottom of your transaction confirmation email. If you cannot find this email, click here for tips on how to locate your tickets.
You can also view and print your tickets or receipts directly from your Yapsody account using the email address used during purchase.
Steps to Access and Print Your Tickets.
i) Visit the Login Page Go to the Yapsody Box Office Login. Scroll down to the section titled "If you're a ticket buyer, Click Here to Continue" and click Click Here.
ii) Enter Your Email Enter the email address you used to purchase your tickets and click on Continue.
iii) Verify Your Account Check your email for a message with the subject line "One-Click Sign-In." Open the email and click the link provided to access your account.
Please Note:- a) The sign-in link is valid for two hours.
b) If you don't see the email, check your Spam or Junk folders. You can request the verification email be resent once. If the button disappears, you will need to restart the process by visiting the Customer Login Link.
iv) Select Your Transaction Your account will open to the Transaction History page by default. Click on the transaction number (which starts with "FT...") to open the transaction details.
v) Print Tickets or Receipt Select either Print Tickets or Print Receipt based on your needs.
Please Note:-
a) Redirects: If the print window does not pop up and you are redirected back to the transaction list, simply click the transaction number ("FT...") again. This occasionally happens if the event presenter has recently updated their ticket store. number starting with "FT..." again. This happens when the event presenter hasn't updated their ticket store.
b) Delivery Methods: The "Print Ticket" button will not be visible if you selected Will Call / Pick up / Check in at the Door / SMS or YapTickets as your delivery method.
