The Box Office Interface allows you to issue tickets for seats that have been placed on hold. This is useful when you need to reserve seats for specific groups, such as artists, sponsors, VIP guests, or other designated hold channels.

Step-by-Step Guide
Before You Begin
- Sign in to your Yapsody account.
- Make sure the event has held seats configured.
- If you haven't created held seats yet, see How to Hold or Release Seats.
Book Held Seats
- Log in to your Box Office Interface.
- Select the event from the calendar.
- Click Tickets.
The seating chart will open.
- Select the Show Hold Seats checkbox.
The available Hold Channels will now appear, and the seating chart will display only the held seats. Seats that are not on hold will be hidden.
- (Optional) Use the Hold Channel filters to display only the seats you want to book.
For example, if you only want to book Artist hold seats, deselect the Marketing and Student hold channels.
- Select the held seats you want to issue.
- Click Checkout.
You'll be taken to the Cart Summary page, where you can complete the purchase by entering the customer's information, selecting a delivery method and payment method, and clicking Make Payment.
