How to issue tickets using Infor (HMS) as the payment option?

This article explains how to use Infor (HMS) as the payment option while issuing tickets from your Box Office account. 

Before you begin, please ensure, that Infor (HMS) is been linked to your Yapsody account, if not, click here for detailed instructions on how to set it up as the payment option. 

i) Select the event from your "Box Office" calendar and click "Tickets." 

ii) Next, add the number of tickets you would like to book and click "Checkout."

iii) Now from the drop-down list of Payment Methods, select the Infor (HMS) payment option and enter the Guest's Room Number, the correct room number will populate the customer name on which room is booked, after verifying click "Make Payment."

Note:- For Demonstration purposes, we have labeled Infor (HMS) as Yapsody Hotels.
