How to add Infor (HMS) as the payment option?

Infor HMS (Hospitality Management Solution) is a comprehensive, fully integrated software solution designed specifically for the hospitality industry. It helps hotels and resorts manage various aspects of their operations, from front desk and reservations to housekeeping, sales, and catering. 

You can integrate Infor HMS with your Yapsody account, allowing any ticket purchases to be conveniently charged to a guest's room by simply collecting their room number. 

Before you start:- 

• Infor HMS is only available for USD currency. 
• Infor can ONLY be used from the BoxOffice, meaning customers booking tickets online can't select it as a payment option. 
• Before you integrate with Yapsody, you'll need to set up the entire HMS system on the hotel premises, to receive APIs and URLs from Infor that are essential for linking with us, to contact them click here. 
  
• Event tickets booked using Infor would add the transaction value to the guest's room invoice automatically.  
• You can link Infor alongside other payment options such as Stripe, PayPal, etc.  

i) From the Boxoffice Calender hover the mouse cursor on the Organization Name at the top left and select "Settings" from the drop-down option. 

ii) Next, click "Accept Payments" followed by "Add Payment Method" and select "Infor HMS" from the drop-down list.  

iii) Populate the fields with the respective credentials and click "Add" to complete the setup. 

Important Note: The name added during the Infor setup needs to be selected while issuing tickets from the Box Office.
