How to delete a ticket type?

This article explains how to delete unwanted ticket types from your event that have been created mistakenly, or copied from your previous events and haven't sold. 

Before you start:- 

• A ticket type can only be deleted if no tickets have been sold. If tickets have been sold, the system will prevent you from deleting them and display an error message "Cannot delete ticket type as ticket(s) have already been sold." 
• Deleting sold ticket types affects reporting hence it's advisable to rename or disable them to avoid displaying the unwanted ticket types for purchases. 

1) Select the event from the Box Office Calendar and click Edit displayed at the top right.  

ii) Next, click "Pricing" followed by sub Pricing option and hover mouse cursor on the ticket type you would like to delete to see the "Delete" option. 

iii) Clicking on the Delete icon will display a prompt "Are you sure you want to remove the ticket type?" please click "Delete."

The delete ticket type would no longer display. 

Note:-If tickets have been sold, the system will prevent you from deleting them and display an error message "Cannot delete ticket type as ticket(s) have already been sold."
