How do I Enable/Disable a ticket type?

You can disable ticket types created by you for a particular performance and enable a certain ticket type only for a certain performance for the customers to book the tickets.

For Example: For performances that have a minimum Age limit requirement you can disable the 'Child' or 'Student' ticket types.

Kindly follow the below-mentioned link for steps to enable or disable the ticket type.

• You will need to edit the event (How do I do this?) from Box Office Page. Select the event from the calendar you want to Edit.

• Once you select the event, event details will be displayed of that particular event. Click on the "Edit" button to make any changes to the event.

• You will be displayed different tabs like Event Info, Pricing, Customize, etc. Click on the "Pricing" tab and hover the mouse cursor on the ticket type you would like to enable/disable, as soon as you see the pen icon (Edit option) visible click on it. 

• You will be displayed the performances on the left-hand side where you can click on the button to enable/disable the Ticket type. The "Ticket Type" is disabled when there is a cross sign and if it is grey in color. The Ticket type is enabled when the performance shows a check mark beside the performance date and time.

• Note:- Please ensure you are clicking on "Save" to record the changes.
