You can control how and where your tickets are sold by enabling or disabling specific ticket types or restricting them to the Box Office only.
Examples:-
- Disabling Ticket Types: This makes the ticket type completely unavailable for both the Online Store and the Box Office. Use this for age-restricted performances (e.g., disabling "Child" tickets for an 18+ show).
- Restricting to Box Office: This removes the ticket type from your Online Store but allows your staff to issue them manually through the Box Office.
This article is divided into 02 parts, follow them as per your requirement.
1. How to Enable or Disable a Ticket Type.
To turn a ticket type on or off for specific performances, follow these steps:
- Select Your Event: Log in to your Box Office and select the event you wish to manage from the calendar.
Enter Edit Mode: Click the Edit button in the top-right corner of the event details page. (How do I do this?)
- Access Pricing: Click on the Pricing tab. Hover your mouse over the ticket type you want to change until the Pen (Edit) icon appears, then click it.
- Toggle Performance Availability: You will see a list of performances on the left side of the window. Click the toggle button next to each performance:
Enabled: Displays a green check mark.
Disabled: Displays a grey cross sign.
- Note:- Click Save to apply your changes.
2. How to Restrict Tickets to "Box Office Only"
By default, all ticket types are available on your Online Store. To hide a ticket type from online buyers while keeping it available for staff:
Follow the steps above to edit the specific ticket type in the Pricing tab.
Locate the Online Store checkbox.
Uncheck the box to restrict sales to the Box Office only.
