Once you receive your sign-up link from your Yapsody Sales Representative after your Sales Demo, follow the steps below to create and set up your account.
- You'll be prompted to enter your First Name, Last Name, Email address, and password for creating your Yapsody Account. Enter the details and click on "Create My Account."
- Alternatively, if you hold a Gmail or Apple Account, you can skip entering those details and could prefer "Sign up with Google" or "Sign up with Apple" as displayed in the following image, enter your email address and password, and your account details would be registered with Yapsody.
- Once you manually enter the Sign Up details (First Name, Last Name, Email, and Password) and click on 'Create My Account', one Verification Email will be sent to your email address which is used for signing up the account.
- In case you didn't receive the verification email in your email Inbox, you can still go back to the sign-up page and click on the 'Resend link' button which will again send you the verification email.
- Now go to your Email inbox and open the verification email which will have the subject line: 'Verify your Yapsody Account'.
- Then click the 'Verify your email' button provided in the verification email to verify your email address.
- This will redirect you to the next page where you can fill up your Yapsody account details to complete the signup process.
- The following page will display all the basic settings that would be crucial for setting up your Organization Name and online ticketing store, enter your details in the fields like Organization Name, subdomain, Time zone, etc.
- Organization Name: The organization's name shows up at Online Ticket Store. This name will also be submitted to search engines.
- Online store: Your customers will purchase tickets from this website. Yapsody provides an option to each event presenter to create a unique online store link. All your events will be listed under the sub-domain created by you. This link can be shared with your customers to book tickets.
Note:- Use of characters such as @ (at the rate) and . (Dot) in the "Organization Name" field is not allowed.
- Upon populating required fields, click on 'Confirm & Proceed' and you'll be directed to "Set Up Two-Factor Authentication."
- Click "Next" to continue, or "Skip" to move past this page.
- We strongly recommend enabling 2FA to safeguard your account against unauthorized access attempts.
- Your registration is now complete and you will be displayed your Box Office Interface to create events to sell tickets.
