Some questions and requests about your ticket or event can only be handled by the event presenter, not by Yapsody Support.
The event presenter is the person or organization running the event and making all event-related decisions. Yapsody provides the ticketing platform but does not control event policies, seating, or refunds.

Who is the Event Presenter?
The event presenter is the person, business, or organization that created the event and manages all event-specific decisions, including:
Ticket availability and pricing
Seating decisions and seat releases
Accessibility (ADA / wheelchair) arrangements
Refunds and ticket exchanges
Event policies and exceptions
Venue details (schedule, parking, entry rules, performers, etc.)
Need Access Code to buy Tickets
When Should I Contact the Event Presenter?
You should contact the event presenter directly for any of the following:
Refund or exchange requests
Ticket availability questions
Seating requests (specific seats, seats together, seating exceptions)
ADA / accessibility arrangements
Group bookings or VIP packages
Requests to move tickets to a different date or time
Venue-related questions (entry time, parking, seating layout, dress code)
Ticket re-delivery or reissue requests
Event-specific policies or special exceptions
These decisions are fully controlled by the presenter and cannot be handled by Yapsody Support.
Important Note
Yapsody Support cannot:
Approve or process refunds
Exchange or modify tickets
Unlock seats or change availability
Contact presenters on your behalf
Override presenter policies
All event-related decisions must be handled directly between the buyer and the presenter.

I bought tickets in September at the Fort Hall Casino it was cancelled. She was so excited to see him on her birthday on February 11th he cancelled. She cried all weekend she has bad health problems and this was really awful for her. She saw him in 1989 when she was a young lady and listened to his music quite often. The sad part is I can't even get refunded for my tickets. I gave the agent my new card number and information but they are sending it to my old account they will not fix the problem.
The concert was Richard Marx
I told them over and over I was a victim of fraud and I bought these tickets in September Richard Marx cancelled in September and February and since the fact I gave my new information on the new card and the agent can't figure out how to fix it. Fort Hall Casino has been no help and it must be a big joke. It is not very much money but it is the principal of this matter.
I didn't get to see the concert and I feel like I am a victim of theft.
