If you need to contact the event presenter about refunds, exchanges tickets, seating, availability, accessibility, or event-specific questions, follow the steps below to send them a message directly.
How to Contact the Presenter
Follow these steps to send a message:
Open the presenter’s online store page where you purchased or viewed the event.
Look for the “Contact Presenter” button.
For most events, the button appears at the top of the page.
Click Contact Presenter.
In the contact form:
Select the event name from the drop-down list.
Enter your full name.
Enter your email address.
Enter your message or question.
Click Send Message.
What If the "Event Name" Does Not Appear in the Dropdown?
In some cases, the event you are trying to contact the presenter about may not appear in the "Event Name" dropdown, or the dropdown may be blank. This usually happens when:
The event has been unpublished, or
The event has already ended
This is expected behavior.
If this happens:
If another active event from the same presenter appears in the dropdown, select that event and clearly mention the correct event name, date, and details in your message.
If no events appear in the dropdown, the presenter does not currently have any active or visible events listed.
In that case, we recommend checking the presenter’s official website or social media pages for alternative contact information.
If you don’t receive a response from the presenter
If you have already contacted the presenter using the Contact Presenter option and have not received a response, you can also try contacting them through other channels (if available):
The presenter’s official website
Facebook page
Instagram profile
Other social media pages linked on the event page
The event page often includes links to the presenter’s website or social platforms where additional contact options may be listed.
