Kindly follow the below-mentioned steps to issue tickets from Box office Interface.
i) Select the Event from the Box-Office calendar for which you want to issue tickets and click "Tickets."
ii) You'll be displayed the Total Number of tickets available, select the number of tickets you would like to issue.
iii) If you’re issuing multiple ticket types such as Adult, Child, or Senior in a single booking, please make sure to select the appropriate ticket types from the drop-down menu after choosing the required number of tickets, and then click ‘Checkout
Note:- By default, the cart would have the same ticket type (the first ticket type you have created to the event), you'll need to change the ticket types from the drop-down menu.
iv) In case, you would like to add more tickets of the same Event click on "Book More."
v) To add tickets of the different event in the same transaction click on "Continue Shopping."
vi) If you wish to cancel the ongoing purchase, you can do so by clicking on "Empty the Cart."
vii) Once you finalized the cart, fill in your Ticket Buyers personal details such as Email address, Name, etc, select the mode of ticket delivery, Payment Method and click "Make Payment" to complete the transaction.
Note:- In case, the ticket buyer wouldn't like to share the email address or you don't want to spend time entering email addresses on all the transactions, you can make the email address field "Optional" for Box Office purchases. To learn how to make a question "Optional" click here.
viii) Once the transaction is successful, a transaction number will be displayed along with a confirmation message. Tickets booked using ‘Email’ as the delivery method will be sent directly to the customer’s registered email address
Note: Payment options such as Cash, Custom and Complimentary can only be used to book tickets using your Box Office Interface.
