YAppSurvey enables collection of custom attendee data during ticket purchases, accessible via the Attendee List report in Yapsody. Users can view names, emails, transaction numbers, delivery methods, and survey responses. Reports can be generated by selecting events, filtering dates, and customized with filter options. Reports can be emailed, scheduled, or exported as CSV. If no custom survey is linked, only basic purchaser info appears. Multi-page reports are best emailed to get all pages in one file.

Step 1 — Open the Event
- Log in to your Yapsody account.
- Open the event or performance for which you want to view attendee information.
- Click Attendee List located on the right-hand side of the dashboard.
Step 2 — Open the YAppSurvey Report
On the Attendee List page, you will see two tabs:
- Basic Questionnaire
- YAppSurvey
Select the YAppSurvey tab to view custom questionnaire responses.
Please note:
- If no YAppSurvey questionnaire has been linked to the event, the YAppSurvey tab will remain empty.
- In that case, only standard purchaser information will appear under the Basic Questionnaire tab.
Step 3 — Generate the Report
- Use the date filter at the top to select your preferred timeframe, such as:
- Today
- Yesterday
- Last Month
- Custom Date Range
By default, the All filter will be selected, which displays all attendee information.
- Click Generate Report.
You will now see attendee responses and questionnaire details in the report.
For example:
- One attendee may have selected a meal preference.
- Another attendee may have selected No for dinner.
Step 4 — Customize the Report
You can customize the report by clicking Filter Options and selecting the fields you want to include or exclude.
This allows you to display only the information relevant to your event.
Step 5 — Email, Schedule, or Export the Report
Email the Report
Click the Email button to send the full report directly to your registered email address.
Schedule Automated Reports
Use the Schedule option to automatically receive reports by email.
You can schedule reports:
- Daily
- Monthly
- Weekdays only
- Custom date ranges
Export the Report
Click Print CSV to download the report as a spreadsheet file.
Important Note About Multi-Page Reports
If your report contains multiple pages, we recommend using the Email option, as it sends all pages of the report in a single file.
Otherwise, you will need to download each page separately and combine them afterward.
