How to Add Your Event Tickets to Apple Wallet

If you attend events frequently, carrying paper tickets can be inconvenient. Yapsody allows you to add eligible tickets to Apple Wallet, so you can keep them on your iPhone and access them easily on the day of the event.

Before You Begin

Please note the following limitations:

• This feature is available only on iOS devices (iPhone).

• This feature does not work for transactions where:

  • The delivery method is Will Call / Pick Up, Check-In at the Door or YapTickets

  • The event presenter has restricted ticket delivery (for example, Pay Later transactions)

Steps to Add Your Ticket to Apple Wallet

1. Find Your Ticket Email

After a successful purchase, check your inbox for the ticket email.
The subject line usually looks like:

“Yapsody: Transaction Successful #FT…”

2. Open the Ticket Email

Open the ticket email and look for the Add to Apple Wallet button.  

3. Choose a Browser

When you tap Add to Apple Wallet, you will be asked to open the link using a browser installed on your iPhone.  

Select your preferred browser.

4. Add the Ticket to Wallet

You will see an e-ticket preview showing details such as:

• Event name

• Location

• Date and time

Tap Add in the top right corner to save the ticket to Apple Wallet.  

5. View Your Ticket in Apple Wallet

Open the Apple Wallet app.
Your ticket will appear as a card showing the Yapsody logo along with the event date and time.  

6. View Full Ticket Details (Optional)

To view more details such as:

• Event name

• Transaction ID

• Ticket price

• Ticket number

Tap the three dots (⋯) in the top-right corner of the ticket and select Pass Details.  

On the day of the event, simply open Apple Wallet and present your ticket for entry.
