Generally, Will call / Pick Up refers to a ticket delivery method wherein the customer picks up their tickets visiting your Location / Box Office.
Note:- If you haven't activated "Will Call / Pick Up" as the ticket delivery method for your account OR none of the tickets have been issued/booked using it, the button "Will call / Pick Up" wouldn't be visible (as shown in the second screenshot below).
1) How To enable Will Call / Pick Up as the delivery method?
i) Hover the mouse cursor on the Organization Name at the top left and select "Settings" from the drop-down list.
ii) Click "Transactions" which is the 05th option on the list to your left.
iii) To enable as per Location (Box Office / Online Store) or Both, simply Click the Tab against each option.
iv) Lastly, don't forget to record the input by clicking "Save," available at the bottom of the page.
2) How to Print Will Call / Pick Up tickets:-
i) Select the event from the box office by clicking on it followed by the "Will Call / Pick Up" Button as shown in the following image.
ii) To Print tickets, check the box before each transaction and click "Print Ticket."
Note:- a) The "Print Ticket" option will only be visible after selecting the transaction, to select the transaction we just need to check the box before the Customer Name.
b) To Print all the Will / Call Pick-up transactions in one go, just check the Box at the top (Very First Check Box of the section), right below the E-ticket.
iii) In case you are looking for an option to Print the Customer Name and Ticket information on two different pages, checking the "Will Call Header" available right next to the Generate report before commanding Print Tickets will help serve your requirement.
Will Call Header is designed in such a way that the first page will have the ticket information (Event details, QR Code, Event Date, etc.) and the second page will only show the purchaser's First and Last Name in the center in good bold letters, as shown in the following image.
P.S:- It usually helps when you are delivering tickets in a see-through envelope to identify quickly which packed tickets belong to which customer.
3) Additionally you can also customize the report using the following Filters, such as:-
a) Search:- This Field available right at the top of the Will Call / Pick up report helps to locate the Customer's Transaction using Purchaser/ Attendee Names or Notes entered while booking tickets.
b) Status (Unprinted, Printed, Both):- It shows the ticket print status as per the option selected.
c) Payment Method (Paid / Comp):- Would help to differentiate the transactions between comp and Paid.
d) Comp Category:- This option would further help to differentiate between the comp categories by selecting the required one.
