Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Access the Report
Go to your account and click on your Organization Name at the top left.
Select Global.
From the Report Type dropdown, select Cash Flow Reconciliation – by Location.
2. Select Date Range
By default, the report shows today’s data.
To view a different period, customize the date range by selecting:
- Last Month
- A specific number of days (such as the last 30 days)
- Custom range
3. Select Event (Optional)
All Events are selected by default.
To view a specific event, choose it from the dropdown and click Generate Report.
4. Filter for Credit Card Payments
To view only credit card sales:
- Click on Filter Options
- Select Payment Method
- Choose Credit Card
- Click Apply
- Then click Generate Report
Understanding the Report
The report will display all activity, including box office and online sales, along with a breakdown of payment methods, revenue, refunds, and net revenue.
Since the report is filtered by credit card, it will display only credit card sales.
⚠️ Important Note
- Ensure the Payment Method filter is set to Credit Card to view only relevant sales
- This report helps you verify credit card sales against your actual payouts
