Why Does the Page Title for My Upcoming Event Display an Old Event Name?

You may notice that the page title in your web browser tab shows an old event name for an upcoming event. This usually occurs when a previous event template was copied to create a new event, but the SEO metadata from the original event was not updated or removed.

Follow the steps below to fix this issue:

Steps to Update the Page Title

1. Edit the event to open the Event Setup Wizard (How do I do this?)

2. Select the Marketing tab.

3. Under the Marketing tab, select SEO.

  4. Click Restore to Default, then save the changes by clicking Save & Proceed.

   5. The online store will now display the correct page title for your event.

• This change updates the page title based on the current event details.

• If the old title still appears, try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache.
