FreedomPay Payment Gateway is supported only for USD (US currency).
It also supports Google Pay and Apple Pay for online payments.

All of the above are required and must be entered correctly.
Note: The Payment Instructions field is optional. Any text entered here will be shown to buyers during checkout, below the Credit Card option.

Setup Steps
Once you have the required credentials from FreedomPay, follow the steps below to enter them in your Yapsody account.
Hover over your Organization Name (top left) and select Settings from the dropdown.
Click Accept Payments, then click Configure next to the Credit Card option.
Select FreedomPay from the payment processor dropdown, enter the required values, and click Save.
Note: After entering the credentials, you can validate them by clicking Test Transaction, which appears below the Payment Instructions field.
Understanding the Terminal ID Fields
Terminal ID (Online Store)
Used for all online ticket purchases made by customers through the event website.
Terminal ID (Box Office)
Used for all box office and staff-processed transactions.
Both values must be provided by FreedomPay and entered correctly for payments to work across all sales channels.
Why Both Terminal IDs Matter
If either Terminal ID is incorrect, payments may fail.
If Online Store ID is correct but Box Office ID is wrong:
Online & Test: ✅ Work
Box Office: ❌ Fail (payment screen does not load)
If Box Office ID is correct but Online Store ID is wrong:
Online & Test: ❌ Fail
Box Office: ✅ Work
If Payments Are Not Working
If the payment screen does not load or transactions fail, contact Yapsody Support and include:
Screenshot of your FreedomPay configuration page
Confirmation that both Terminal IDs are entered
Where the issue occurs (Online Store, Box Office, or both)
This helps Support quickly determine whether the issue is configuration-related.
