Transaction confirmation emails are the copies of the email that is been sent to your ticket buyer as soon as the transaction status is been updated either to "Failure" or "Success", this helps to keep a instant track of the sales without the need to login to your account.
This article explains how to stop receiving transaction confirmation emails.
Before you start:-
- The transaction confirmation emails are ONLY send to the owner of the account.
- The setting is account specific, meaning if you are added as an owner on multiple accounts, you would need to make the changes to all of them to stop receiving these emails.
Let's begin:-
i) Click on your Profile Name, displayed at the extreme top right corner and select "My Account" from the drop-down list.
Note:- The option is accessible from any page of your box office account.
ii) Click "Email Preferences" from the list of options displayed to the left, uncheck the box before "Receive system notifications" and click "Save Preferences" to record the changes.
Note:- This would instantly stop receiving transaction confirmation emails.
