SMS ticket delivery allows you to send event tickets directly to your customers’ phones via text message. This gives them quick and easy access to their tickets anytime.

Before You Start
- This feature is available only for U.S.-based presenters and U.S. phone numbers
- Customers receive a text message with a secure link to view their tickets
- SMS ticket delivery is completely free for both presenters and customers
A) How to Set Up SMS Ticket Delivery
Step 1: Go to Settings
- Click on your Organization Name (top left)
- Select Settings from the dropdown
Step 2: Enable SMS Delivery
- Click on Transactions
- Locate SMS under ticket delivery methods
- Toggle it ON
- Click Save to apply changes
Note:
You can enable SMS delivery for your Online Store, Box Office, or both.
B) What Your Customers Will Experience
Step 1: Select SMS at Checkout
- Customers choose SMS as the delivery method
- Enter their U.S. phone number
Step 2: Receive Ticket Link via Text
- After purchase, customers receive a text message with a ticket access link
Important:
Customers will also receive a confirmation email, but tickets will not be attached to the email.
Step 3: Access Tickets Instantly
- Customers tap the link in the text message
- Their event tickets are displayed instantly

- Enable SMS via Settings → Transactions
- Turn ON SMS Delivery and click Save
- Customers receive tickets instantly via text
