Before You Start

• Look for an email with the subject:
  “Yapsody: Invitation to Access [Account Name] Box Office”
• If you don’t see it, check your Spam or Junk folder
• The invitation link is valid for 72 hours only

Step 1: Locate the Invitation Email

• Open your email inbox
• Find the invitation email from Yapsody

Step 2: Open the Invitation Link

• Click the link provided in the email
• You’ll be redirected to a secure account setup page

Important:
If the link has expired, contact the account owner to request a new invitation.

Step 3: Create Your Account

• Enter your first and last name
  (In some cases, your name may already be pre-filled if the account owner added it.)
• Create your password
• Click “Create My Account”

Step 4: Access Your Account

• After clicking the button, you’ll be automatically logged in
• You now have access to the Box Office account
