Our "Whitelabel" feature allows you to showcase your brand identity on the online store. This includes replacing the Yapsody name with your brand across several key customer touchpoints such as the online store, receipts, e-tickets, and transaction confirmation emails.
At present, we offer 02 forms of Whitelabel services i.e "Partial" and "Complete", the difference can be seen by following the below table.
What information we would required?
- You're required to share the "Brand Name" and "Logos" you'd like us to replace "Yapsody" with.
- Online Store Logo (Preferably Square Image): Minimum size of 125 × 125 pixels.
- Receipts & Transaction Emails Logo (Preferably Rectangular Image): Minimum size of 200 X 132 pixels.
For complete Whitelabel, apart from the above information we would also require:-
Custom domain (e.g., tickets.yourdomain.com, events.yourdomain.com, xyz.yourdomain.com)
Official website link (e.g., yourdomain.com)
- Sender name: This is the name that will appear in the recipient’s inbox when they receive an email. For example, “XYZ Events” or “Your Company Support”.
- Sender email address: This is the actual email address from which the email is sent (e.g., support@yourdomain.com or tickets@yourdomain.com).
Once we have the above information from you, our support team will provide a DNS record, which you will need to verify with your domain provider. For GoDaddy instructions, click here; for other providers, please contact them directly.
How to request activation?
- To enable your branding, you'll need to send an email request to support@yapsody.com from your registered owner email address, along with the required details and Whitelabel type you would like to enable (Partial or Complete white Label).
- Turnaround time to complete this request is 24 to 48 hours, however, it may take longer due to weekends and holidays.

How would the changes appear?
1) Online Store with Your (Customized) Branding:-
Note:- For complete WhiteLabel service Store address uses your custom domain (no Yapsody.com) such as https://black.schtickets.com

B) Online Store with Yapsody Branding:
2) Transaction Confirmation emails will display the sender as your brand, and the Email will include your "Brand Logo" rather than "Yapsody."
Note:- For complete WhiteLabel service Transaction confirmation emails will be send from your brand's email address, such as donotreply@schtickets.com
3) Tickets sent to the ticket buyers will also replace "Yapsody" with your brand logo.
4) Receipts, too, will display your Branding rather than Yapsody.
