How to View and Use the Seat Map for Reserved Seating

What is the Seat Map?

The Seat Map allows you to view the entire seating chart and quickly identify issued, unissued, and held seats at a glance.

You can also click on booked seats to see who purchased them, eliminating the need to check other reports.

Additionally, the Seat Map preview link can be shared with individuals who are not registered on your account or do not have access to the Seat Map report, allowing them to view the seating layout instantly.

How to View the Seat Map

1. Open Seat Map

Select the event from Box Office and click on Seat Map displayed on the right.

Note: For larger seating charts, you may need to scroll down to access this option.

2. View Seating Layout

On the next screen, you will see the complete seating layout.

Understanding Seat Map Features

Share Seat Map

There are two types of Seat Map preview links:

• Public Preview Link: Displays all seating information, but does not show which seats are on hold.
• Hold Preview Link: Displays seating information only for seats that are on hold.

How to Share the Seat Map Preview Link

• Locate the Preview Link option at the top right
• Click on the % icon to copy the link

You can share this link with users who do not have access to your account.

Print Seat Map

Click Print to download or print the seating layout.

Enable Seat Details (Labels)

To view seat numbers, row names, and hold colors:

• Click the Preview icon at the top left
• Select (check) all available options

How Seat Information is Displayed

• Booked Seats:
  • Do not display seat numbers
  • Hover to view the transaction number
  • Click to open transaction details
• Unissued Seats:
  • Display seat numbers
  • Cannot be clicked

⚠️ Important Notes

• Use the Preview option to enable all labels for better visibility

• Use the Preview link to share seating details externally
