Whether you want to find customers who purchased the most tickets, identify customers who opted in to receive marketing emails, or review unsuccessful transactions, you can access this information through the Customer List Report.

Troubleshooting: Why Are Some Customers Missing from the Customer List Report?
The Customer List Report captures customer information during the ticket purchase process. However, customer information is included only if the customer provides an email address or already has a Yapsody account.
Customer information will not appear in the report when:
- A customer purchases tickets through the Box Office without entering an email address.
- The email address field is optional or has not been enabled in Transaction Settings, and the customer leaves it blank.
Customer information will appear in the report when:
- The customer already has a Yapsody account.
- The customer enters their email address while purchasing tickets.
