How to Reduce, Remove or Unhold seats for General Admission event?

Unholding your event seats is as Easy as Pie! Few clicks and your event seats will be available for customers to purchase, let's begin to unhold them. 

1) Select the event from your Box Office Calendar for which you wish to unhold seats and click the option "EDIT" available at the top right just above your event name (How to Edit an event). 

2) Upon clicking Edit, you will be directed to the Event Wizard page, wherein you can find options such as Event Info, Pricing, Hold Management, etc. Click the option Hold Management.

3) Under Hold Management, you will find a number of Hold Categories such as A, etc and seats held, now in order to Reduce/Remove/Unhold seats you need to remove the number or reduce the number as per your preference and click on "Save & Proceed."

For Example -1) You have Held 10 Seats and now want 5 seats to be released, in this case, we need to add/change the number to 5 from 10. 

2) You have Held 10 Seats and now want all the 10 seats to be released, in this case, we need to remove 10 and leave count space as blank.

Note:- You can change the number manually or by clicking the Increase or Decrease arrow as shown in the above image.
