How to Edit a Ticket Type?

After starting your event's online ticket sale, if in case you want to change the ticket price or update the ticket type name, or stop displaying a specific ticket type on the online store, you can follow the below steps in your Yapsody presenter account.

1) Select the event name in the Box Office interface and click on the 'Edit' button shown at the top right-hand side of the webpage.

2) Now click on the 'Pricing' tab and hover the mouse cursor on the ticket type name and click on the 'pen' icon to edit the Ticket Type Name and Price as shown in the below screenshots.

Note: By default, ticket types would be available for sale on the online ticket store, however, if you need to restrict selling a specific ticket type only from the box office, uncheck the box before "Online Store."
